Who we are
Plugin Conception is a small studio based in Kochi, India. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. If you have any questions, email us at hello@pluginconception.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us. We don't collect anything else through the site beyond standard analytics.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How it’s handled
Contact form emails are sent using Resend, an email delivery service. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — this collects general usage data, not the contents of the contact form.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
Your rights
If you're in the UK or EU, you have rights under UK GDPR (and EU GDPR where applicable), including the right to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
